
Just a couple of weeks ago Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro had been spotted in TENAA, and now the phone has been officially launched in China for 990 Yuan ($150). The global availability of device has not been disclosed yet. J3 Pro is a mid-range smartphone with 5.0 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Galaxy J3 Pro is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor and has 2GB of RAM. According to the listing, the phone will be available in Gold and Gray colour only. The build quality of J3 Pro has been improved from its predecessors; it has now a polycarbonate cover at the back, which looks like metal. It has two SIM slots that support 3G and 4G networks. The phone also feature FM Radio and NFC.
Galaxy J3 Pro comes with 16GB of onboard storage which can further be expanded up to 128GB by using microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and might get upgraded to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow shortly, but no officials words have been made about this. The device comes with many pre-installed applications which mostly include regional applications, which ensures that the global variant of J3 Pro will not come with this bloatware.
Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro sports an 8MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and autofocus technology. On the front, it holds a 5MP camera which is capable of making HD video calls. The device is backed by 2600mAh battery which can deliver up to 303 hours of standby time. The other standard features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
