Yesterday Oppo has released a new smartphone with moderate hardware specifications, Oppo A37. The phone has been priced at Rs. 11,990 ($177) and is available in Gold and Rose Gold color. Oppo A37 is a phone for selfie lovers, as it holds a 5MP front facing camera which enhances the selfies for better output with extra-large 1.4μm pixels and a 1/4-inch sensor. The selfies are again filtered via Beautify 4.0 technology which deliver ultimate results at the end.

Oppo A37 is a dual SIM phone with 3G and 4G network support. It comes with 3 separate slots, 2 for SIM and one for memory card which can hold up to 128GB of microSD card. Though the features of A37 looks promising, but it still comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop with Color OS 3.0 over it. The device has nice build quality with mere 7.7mm thickness.

Oppo A37 features a 5.0 inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 4 and has support for Gloved and Wet Touch Input. As mentioned earlier, it has a 5MP front camera accompanied with 8MP primary camera with LED Flash. The device is equipped with Snapdragon 410 SoC 1.2GHz Quad Core processor along with Adreno 306. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

The phone is packed with 2630mAh non-removable battery which can deliver one day of backup with moderate usage. The other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, OTG, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack.
