Huawei just has announced Honor 8 Smart in India along with Honor 8. This new mid-range device is priced at Rs. 19,999 and can be purchased from online web portals. Customers can opt out of three colours, i.e. Black, White and Gold. The specifications of Honor 8 Smart are quite impressive as it has a premium aircraft grand aluminium alloy body along with fingerprint sensors. Moreover, it runs on Android Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 over the top.
It features a beautiful full HD 5.2 inches IPS display which carries a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Honor 8 Smart is powered by 64-bit Kirin 650 2GHz octa-core processor accompanied with Mali T830 GPU. The internal storage of the device is 16GB while it has 2GB of RAM. It also has support for microSD card up to 128GB. It is a dual SIM phone with 4G LTE support.

Honor 8 Smart is packed with a 3000mAh battery which can deliver complete one day backup without any comprise in the usage. At a price of Rs. 19,999, it seems that the device has been over-priced, but eventually the build quality and performance should provide the value for money.
The phone sport a 13MP primary camera with Sony IMX214 sensor and LED flash. On the front, it comes with a powerful 8MP selfie camera. The other features include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. Overall Honor 8 Smart is streamlined variant of Honor 8 without dual camera setup and with lower mid-range hardware. Though it comes with a premium build quality which is at par with Honor 8.
