Infocus has just announced Epic 1 in India by posting a teaser image on their official website and social accounts. According to the official statement, InFocus Epic 1 will be available from 25th October in Amazon with a price tag of Rs. 12,999. The same can be pre-booked via Infocus India Facebook page. Right now, the specifications of the phone have not been revealed except that it will have a deca-core processor.
According to Phone Radar, InFocus Epic 1 will be featuring a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It will be equipped with Mediatek MT6797M deca-core processor along with Mali T880 MP4 GPU. On the memory sector, it will be having 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has support for microSD card up to 128GB, which is a boon for memory fillers. It runs on latest version of InLife UI which is based on Android Marshmallow that comes pre-loaded with many applications like EZ Launcher, Music, and Gallery.

On the camera department, Epic 1 sport a 16MP primary camera with PDAF Fast Focus and dual LED flash. On the front, it holds a powerful 8MP camera for HD video calls and mesmerising selfies. It is a dual SIM phone with 4g LTE support. Some of the attractive features are fingerprint sensors and USB TypeC port. At such a low price, Infocus has provided a lot of stuff.
InFocus Epic 1 is fueled by a 3000mAh battery which can deliver 500 hours of standby time. According to InFocus India reply in Facebook, Epic 1 is optimised to provide 30% more battery backup as compared to other InFocus smartphones.
As mentioned earlier, Epic 1 can be ordered via Amazon India on 25th October for a price of Rs. 12,999. Some other alternatives in the similar price range are Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, Xiaomi Mi Max and Redmi Note 3.
