All the three new generation phone from Galaxy A series are dual SIM phone with 3G and LTE support. The major difference between the three phones is their screen size and their hardware specs. Galaxy A3 has a 4.7-inch screen, while A5 has a 5.2-inch screen and A7 has a 5.5-inch screen. As per their series number the hardware specifications also increases, which means that A3 has weaker hardware while A7 has high-end specifications.
