
Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge has been imported in India for demonstration purpose as per the import listing in Zauba. According to the import data 25 pieces of SM-G930F (Galaxy S7) and SM-G935F (Galaxy S7 Edge) has been imported in Delhi, India from South Korea on 17th Feb as a sample units for the demonstration of the above said devices. According to the data, it is now confirmed that Galaxy S7 will have a 5.1 inches display while S7 Edge will feature a 5.5 inch display.
The recent rumors has confirmed that these Samsung flagship devices will be launched on March 11 2016 along with the key specifications. Both the smartphone will carry the same specifications except for screen size and battery. Where Samsung Galaxy S7 will feature a 5.1 inch Quad HD display, S7 Edge will have 5.5 inch Quad HD display. The display will have the pressure sensitive feature, similar to force touch. To power up these high resolution screens, S7 will come with 3000 mAh battery while S7 Edge will have 3600 mAh battery.
Please note that the prices quoted in the above import data are not the actual price of these devices, as these are only imported as sample units, the final prices in Indian market will highly differ from what you see above.
The other specifications are same for both the smartphones which include Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage which is expandable via micro SD card. Both the phone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with new TouchWiz UI. The price tags has also been confirmed for these phone, where you need to spend €700 for S7, you have to pay €800 for Galaxy S7 Edge.
