Couple of weeks ago, Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, has confirmed that their upcoming flagship device, OnePlus 3, will be launched in the month of June this year. OnePlus has already captured a nice amount of mobile with their premium smartphones at minimum cost, therefore OnePlus 3 is among the most awaited device of this year. As OnePlus 3 will be a flagship device, so it is obvious that it will come with the latest hardware specifications and features but, like always, the selling point will be its price.

Recently a Chinese website (mobile-dad.com) has revealed few renders of OnePlus 3 which confirms the design of the device. According to previous leaks, OnePlus 3 is expected to have Snapdragon 820 SoC with 4GB RAM. It will feature a 5.5 inch full HD or Quad HD display along with 20MP primary camera. Though these specifications are yet not confirmed by any officials, there the final product may carry a completely different hardware profile. According to the renders, it is confirmed that the device will have a dedicated camera button.

According to Carl Pei, they have learned a lot from the marketing techniques of their previous devices and this time they will change their marketing techniques which will make it easier for customers to buy OnePlus 3. Note that OnePlus had gone with limited flash sale for OnePlus 1 and 2, and only handful of people were able to get the device in first few months.

OnePlus 3 will definitely be a competitor of Samsung S7 in terms of specifications and features and that too at very affordable price. Today, in an event, Samsung has launched Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge in India at a starting price of Rs. 48,900 and Rs. 56,900 respectively. The phone is available for pre-order now and will be shipped from March 18 onward.

The other features might include ultra-sonic fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port. To get more information and updates on OnePlus 3, stay tuned with us.
