After the launch of Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, there has been some leaks about a new variant of Galaxy S7. This variant will be known as Galaxy S7 mini and is especially called because of iPhone SE which has 4.0 inch screen. S7 mini is expected to be a downgraded version of S7 in terms of display, RAM and battery, though the other specifications might remain same.
As per the rumors, Galaxy S7 Mini might come with Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 processor accompanied with Adreno 530 / Mali-T880 MP12 GPU. It will come with 3GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB internal storage with support for micro SD card. S7 mini might feature a 4.6 inch super AMOLED display with a resolution of mere 720 × 1280 pixels as compared to 2560 x 1440 pixels in S7 and S7 Edge. Though there has been no official information about this upcoming phone, but if rumors are to be believed then S7 mini might come in coming weeks.

S7 mini will be as beautiful as Galaxy S7 and will be mere 9.9 thin that will make it real handy due to its size and thickness. There will be no compromise in the camera section and S7 Min will share the same camera as S7 and S7 Edge. The phone will be available in basic Samsung colors like Black, White, Gold and Silver. The availability and pricing of S7 mini is still not know.
As per the speculations, Samsung’s main agenda of releasing the mini variant of S7 is to provide competition for upcoming Apple iPhone SE which is a mini variant of iPhone 6s, but there is no official conformation about this phone till now. Last year, there were many rumors about the mini variant of S6, but it was not launched in real, therefore there are chances that S7 mini can also be an imaginary device, just like Galaxy S6 mini.
