Vivo, a Chinese mobile manufacturer, has announced their two new smartphones yesterday in India, namely, Vivo V3 and Vivo V3 Max. Both the smartphones are mid range devices with decent specifications and build quality. Vivo V3 is priced at Rs 17, 980 while Vivo V3 Max is priced at Rs 23,980. As of now the phone is only available in Gold color. These devices run on custom Funtouch OS 2.5 which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Vivo has been using #FasterThanFaster for these smartphones, which means that these devices are good in performance. Both the devices holds similar cameras, i.e. 13MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera. Vivo V3 features a 5 inch HD display while V3 Max, as the name suggests, has slightly bigger 5.5 inch full HD display. Both the devices can be categorized under slim smartphones as they are around 7.5mm thin.

When it comes to Vivo V3, it is powered by Snapdragon 616 Octa core processor accompanied with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and comes in two memory variants, i.e. 16GB and 32GB. On the other hand Vivo V3 Max is coupled with Snapdragon 652 SoC and Adreno 510 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. Both the devices has support for micro SD card up to 128GB which can be used in the hybrid SIM slot.

Vivo V3 is backed with 2550 mAh battery while V3 Max is equipped with 3000 mAh battery. The other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio and fingerprint sensors. Overall, both the devices can be termed as feature rich, though NFC is missing from both the devices.
